When the storm passes,
we're already there.
Wind, flood, tree impact, and water intrusion response across Thurston, Mason, Lewis, and Grays Harbor Counties — 24 hours a day.
What We Do
Pacific Northwest storms don't ask permission. Atmospheric river events drop inches of rain in hours, windstorms snap trees onto roofs, and tidal surges push water into basements and crawlspaces along the coast. Aberdeen averages roughly 85 inches of rain a year. Lewis County has a documented history of major flood events. When a storm hits, the difference between a manageable claim and a catastrophic loss usually comes down to how quickly someone arrives and stabilizes the property.
We pre-stage equipment ahead of forecasted storm events and run 24/7 response throughout. Tarp-up, board-up, water extraction, structural drying, and documentation for your insurance carrier — all coordinated by a local crew, not a national franchise routing your call across the country.
Emergency Tarp-Up & Board-Up
Wind-damaged roofs, broken windows, and tree-impact openings get tarped and secured fast so the next band of weather doesn't compound the damage. We carry tarp, plywood, and structural shoring on every truck.
Flood & Water Extraction
Truck-mounted extraction for standing water from atmospheric river events, tidal surge, or sewer backup. We follow IICRC S500 categorization to determine what's salvageable and what isn't — and we document it for your claim.
Tree Impact Response
Coordinated tree removal with vetted local arborists, structural assessment, and immediate weather sealing. We don't stop at 'tarp the hole' — we identify hidden moisture intrusion in wall cavities and attic spaces.
Structural Drying
Once water is removed and the structure is sealed, we set air movers and commercial dehumidifiers per IICRC S500. Daily moisture readings, adjusted equipment placement, no equipment-and-leave.
Crawlspace & Basement Recovery
Storm water in crawlspaces and basements is a Pacific Northwest specialty problem. We extract, debris-out, address vapor barriers and insulation, and treat for mold prevention — because in this climate, untreated crawlspace water is a mold problem waiting six weeks to surface.
Insurance Coordination
Photo and moisture documentation from arrival forward, scope narratives your adjuster can work with, and direct billing in most cases. We've handled storm-event claims with every major carrier active in Washington state.
Common Questions
Do you respond during the storm or after?
Both. We dispatch crews during active weather when conditions allow safe work, and we pre-stage equipment in anticipation of forecasted events so we're not driving across the region after a windstorm has already taken down power.
Will insurance cover storm damage?
Most homeowner's policies cover sudden storm damage — wind, falling trees, water intrusion from a damaged roof. Flood damage from rising surface water is typically excluded unless you carry separate flood insurance. We document conditions at arrival so your adjuster has accurate cause-of-loss information.
What about my crawlspace after heavy rain?
Standing water in a crawlspace is one of the most common storm-event issues we see in Western Washington — and one of the most under-addressed. Left alone, it leads to mold, structural rot, and ductwork damage. We extract, dry, and treat crawlspaces as a standard part of storm response.
One call, and the chaos starts to settle.
A trained restoration specialist answers — not a call center. We show up. Every time, across the South Puget Sound.
