Homeowners waiting on their flooded kitchens became afterthoughts. Corners got cut to satisfy carrier guidelines instead of the people who actually lived in those homes.
So they left. And they built something different.
Expert Restoration exists for one reason: the homeowner should never feel like they don't matter. Not when their house is wet. Not when it's burned. Not when everything they own is in boxes.

We sat down, had coffee, and made a plan. Not a restoration plan. A person plan.
Four days later, when the hard work was done, she looked at us with tears in her eyes and said those words.
That's the question we carry into every job: how do we make this the best worst thing that's ever happened to them?
