I wouldn't hire this company. My home flooded by a broken water line. I waited all day for them to show up. They vacuumed the carpet, put a dehumidifier going and left. They DIDN'T LIFT THE CARPET AND REMOVE THE PAD. MY FURNACE WAS IN STANDING WATER, THEY SAID THAT'S NOT A PROBLEM. THEY WERE HERE TOOK A BUNCH OF PICTURES AND LEFT. HORRIBLE SITUATION, EVERYTHING WAS SOAKED. I DIDN'T HIRE THEM MY INSURANCE COMPANY SENT THEM. WELL FOR LESS THAN 24 HOURS, AND A LESS THAN SUB PAR JOB. THEY BILLED MY INSURANCE FOR $1266.27 dollars. Unacceptable shoddy work. They didn't even plug the broken hose, leaving me without water. Please do yourself and your home a favor, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I HAVE NOTHING TO GAIN FROM THIS REVIEW, EXCEPT TO HOPEFULLY SAVE OTHERS FROM BEING OVER CHARGED, AND STUCK WITH A JOB NOT DONE CORRECTLY.
I KNOW WHY THEY DO WORK ON MOLD NOW. HAD I NOT GOT A SECOND OPINION, I WOULD OF HAD MOLD IN MY HOME INCLUDING ALL MY DUCT WORK AND INSULATION UNDER MY HOME. JOB SECURITY FOR THEM, ONE CAN ONLY GUESS. I DIDN'T HAVE TO GUESS. I PRAISE GOD FOR PROTECTING MY HOME AND MY HEALTH.
THIS IS A TRUE AND CORRECT REVIEW.

We appreciate you sharing your experience and we understand how overwhelming a flood loss can be, though we respectfully need to clarify what actually took place.
On Day 1 of an insurance-directed water loss, our process — as required by your carrier — is to document the loss (3D walkthrough and photos), extract standing water, and set stabilizing equipment to stop further damage while a scope of work is developed. That is exactly what we did, and it is the correct first step.
Several materials in your home required asbestos testing before any demolition could legally proceed. Under Washington State law and your carrier's guidelines, we cannot disturb potentially asbestos-containing materials until testing is completed and your insurance company has approved both the testing and the demolition scope. That approval process takes time — it is not something we can bypass, regardless of how urgent the situation feels.
The scope approved for your home was extensive: carpet and pad removal in four rooms, crawlspace insulation removal, bathroom demolition including toilet and vanity, containment barriers, and multiple drying units throughout. None of that work can begin until carrier approval is in hand.
On the plumbing — repairing a broken supply line is the work of a licensed plumber, not a water mitigation company. That falls outside our scope entirely, and we should have communicated that more clearly.
We also want to note that our crew was asked to leave before all planned work could be completed.
We understand how overwhelming a flood loss is, and we're sorry this experience felt inadequate. If you'd like to discuss the specifics, we welcome that conversation directly. Please call us at 360-480-7540.
