Emergency Services

If it's
happening now.

Call 360-480-7540. A trained restoration specialist will answer — not a call center — and a crew will be on the way within minutes.

What We Do

The first hour after a water line bursts, a pipe freezes and cracks, or a storm opens your roof is the hour that determines how bad this gets. Water moves fast — into walls, under floors, into subfloor assemblies that were never meant to be wet. Fire and smoke work the same way. When we say 24/7, we mean a trained restoration specialist answers your call at 3 AM on Christmas Eve, gives you an immediate assessment, and gets a crew moving. Not a voicemail. Not a callback in the morning. Now.

In Thurston, Lewis, Mason, and Grays Harbor counties, we maintain staged crews across the service area because response time is restoration. Every minute you wait, drywall absorbs more moisture, flooring buckles faster, and the scope — and cost — of repair grows. Getting there fast isn't just customer service. It's the difference between a mitigation job and a full rebuild.

01

Live Specialist, 24/7/365

Every call is answered by a restoration professional who can assess severity and dispatch immediately — not a recording, not a call center. When you describe what you're seeing, we're already identifying the nearest crew and walking you through what to do while we're en route. Shutting off water, avoiding fire-compromised areas, keeping kids and pets clear — the right guidance in the first minutes matters.

02

Fast Crew Dispatch

Crews are deployed across our service area in Thurston, Mason, Lewis, and Grays Harbor counties so response times stay tight regardless of where you are in the region. When you call, you get a real ETA — not 'we'll be there soon.' Olympia, Centralia, Shelton, Aberdeen, Yelm — we know the roads and we move.

03

Damage Stabilization

The priority on arrival is stopping what's still moving — active water, airborne smoke and soot, exposed structural systems. We isolate the source, contain the spread, and assess what's been compromised before any equipment is placed. Proper diagnosis on arrival prevents missed damage that surfaces weeks later as mold, structural failure, or odor.

04

Emergency Board-Up & Tarp

Storms, fires, and structural failures can leave your home exposed to the elements and vulnerable to theft or further weather damage. We carry board-up materials and tarp systems on every truck and can secure a structure the same night — even in the dark, even in the rain.

05

Power & Drying Equipment

Our trucks carry generators, truck-mounted extraction units, and commercial-grade air movers and dehumidifiers — enough to begin a full extraction and drying setup within the first hour on-site. We don't wait for a second trip. Everything comes the first time so mitigation starts immediately.

06

Insurance Documentation On-Site

From the moment we arrive, we're building your claim. Moisture readings, thermal images, and written scope document the initial loss conditions before anything is touched. This protects you during the adjuster process and ensures nothing is disputed or underpaid later in the claim.

Common Questions

What counts as a true emergency?

Any active water intrusion — burst pipes, sewage backup, storm flooding, overflowing fixtures — qualifies as an emergency and warrants an immediate call. So does an active fire or a recent fire where smoke and soot are still spreading. If you're unsure, call anyway. We'd rather talk you through it at 2 AM than have you wait and discover the damage spread overnight.

What should I do while I wait for the crew?

If it's safe to do so, shut off the main water supply at the meter. Avoid running fans or HVAC — they spread moisture and smoke particulates into unaffected areas. Keep people and pets out of damaged areas. Take photos on your phone if you can do it safely. Don't throw anything away yet — contents documentation matters for your insurance claim.

Do you serve rural areas in Lewis and Grays Harbor counties?

Yes. We cover the full service area including Centralia, Chehalis, Shelton, Aberdeen, and surrounding rural communities. Response times to rural properties may be slightly longer depending on road conditions and distance, but you'll get a real ETA on the call and we will be there.
